A few issues/tips that you should take into consideration.
1.) I agree that you shouldn't use HOT water, but you should at least make sure it's warm because you have to remember that the dogs temperature is about 102 degrees, rather than the same as ours.
2.) You should use eye drops for the dog, then you won't have to worry about getting water or soap in the eyes at all really.
3.) You should only use certain types of brushes for certain dogs, and not in the tub either. Make sure people know.
Very informative video - I only wish you had demonstrated on Standard Poodles, too! I've heard wonderful things about IOD products and can't wait to try them on my spoos! Thank you!
